At Shibui Japanese Antiques & Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique acquisition. Due to the rare and delicate nature of our authentic pieces, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, as-sold condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our specialists at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item.
- 2.Authorization and Documentation
Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed packing instructions to ensure the antique remains protected during transit.
- 3.Secure Professional Shipping
Arrange for insured, white-glove shipping to return the item to our gallery; please note that customers are responsible for all return freight costs and insurance.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival, our curators will inspect the piece for any changes in condition; once verified, a refund minus original shipping fees will be processed to your original payment method.
